THE HOUSE

 

  The Apartments Alemka are located in a small place Zakosa with a 20-30 houses around it. That allows guests a peaceful and relaxing holiday. 50 m. above sea level and 80 m. air line to the sea, offer magnificent views of the sea and islands, especially at sunset.

   There are plenty pine trees, cherries, figs, grapes, olives, cypresses and other native Mediterranean plants surrounding the house.

    Each of our five apartments is equipped with air conditioning, internet, LCD TV with satellite. Each apartment has its own private terrace with table and chairs where guests can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and sunsets.

   The house with its property and surroundings spreads over more than 1500 square meters. As part of the property, guests have at their disposal a private covered tavern with two stone barbecues, tables and equipment where barbecue can be prepared. There is also a self-service refrigerator with cold drinks (juices, beers ...)

   For all guests of the house there is a swimming pool with a water area of 40 square meters with a beach. There are deck chairs, sun awnings and an outdoor shower.

   The house also offers a laundry room where you can wash, dry and iron your clothes. The house has secured private parking for all apartments.
